Further to our recent article, the Government has now published the explanatory document for the legislative reform order.
The Legislative Reform Order to amend the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of entertainment licensing was laid before Parliament on 8 July 2014 and comes into force on 6th April 2015.
