Home Office Alcohol Strategy 2012/3

The alcohol strategy sets out proposals to crackdown on our 'binge drinking' culture, cut the alcohol fuelled violence and disorder that blights too many of our communities, and slash the number of people drinking to damaging levels.

Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011This consultation asks for your opinions on government plans to overhaul the current licensing regime, in order to give more power to local authorities and police. This will help them deal with alcohol-related crime and disorder, while also promoting responsible business.

Taxi & Private Hire Law Reform

Update March 2014: Law Commission has confirmed there will not be a draft bill until May 2014.
